How we calculate the 90-day forecast: For each product, we look at recent sales (last 90 days), seasonal patterns from past years, and current trends (growing or slowing). We then calculate how many units we expect to sell in the next 90 days. Each product gets three estimates: Low (conservative), Mid (most likely), and High (optimistic).
