Method: Compares current inventory + incoming (on order + on container) against 90-day sales forecast.
Shows SKUs where total available (stock + incoming) is less than projected 90-day demand.
⚠️ These SKUs will run out in less than 90 days at current sales velocity.
Critical items (red) have less than 50% of needed stock.
Short (90-day): Units needed to meet 90-day supply. Recommended Order (120-day): Units needed to reach 120-day supply (90-day forecast + 30-day buffer).
Since it takes ~90 days to receive stock after ordering, you need enough inventory to cover sales during that lead time plus a safety buffer.

How it works: Creates a purchase order with up to 20 SKUs for the selected factory.
Red bar: Items with shortages (will run out in 90 days) Green bar: Preventive orders (have enough stock but close to needing) Blue bar: Low volume items (≤ 3 sales per 90 days) - only added if fewer than 20 urgent items
All sorted by urgency (largest recommended order first).
